Referees Wanted

The Skelmersdale Junior Football League are currently on the lookout for new referees to add to our panel.

Referees Wanted
  • Do you have what it takes to stand in the middle of a football field and control a group of players?
  • Have you ever saw a game and thought, “I can do that.”
  • Do you feel that all games, no matter how important, should have a referee?
  • Are you, any of your players, or anyone you know interested in becoming a referee?
  • Want to earn some extra money and get some exercise at the same time?

In your answer is “YES” to all of the above, then we are interested in meeting you.

The Skelmersdale Junior Football League's Panel of Referees are holding a meeting at the Up Holland Labour Club in Skelmersdale on Wednesday 11th January 2023, kick-off at 8pm.

Come along to a training session, which is about cooperation between Referees and Assistants, and if you are interested, we can steer you on the path towards becoming a referee and hopefully registering with our league.
