As we shared on our social media accounts yesterday, the North West County FA's have released a joint statement to clarify the rules about the movement of players for youth football.
Here is a key quote from the statement that applies to youth football:
With regards to youth football (Under 18s) the updated FA guidance of 23 September with its strict conditions remain in place. At this present time there are no new restrictions on movement of youth teams and players irrespective of which Tier you are in.

This means that teams and players in our league are free to move from one area/region to another, regardless of which tier they are in.
We sought additional clarification with the Liverpool County FA by double-checking this:
Can you confirm if the teams in the Liverpool area, Tier 3, can travel to Skelmersdale (Lancashire), who are also in Tier 3?
Skelmersdale JFL Secretary
The Liverpool County FA (to whom our league is affiliated) replied:
Based on the latest update the answer to your question is yes.

Therefore, we will have a full programme of fixtures from this weekend onwards.
We'd just like to remind teams about observing all the COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing precautions that are listed in the above County FA statement as well as our own Risk assessment.
