Registration Fee #

  • The Team Registration Fee is £30 per team.

League Fees #

The league fees for the season 2024/25 season are as follows:

  • U7s-U16s - £360 per team

Our fees include entrance into three competitions for each age group - 3 cup competitions for the U7s-U9s, and 2 cups plus 1 league competition for the U13s-U16s.

Our league is run by volunteers and we like to keep the cost of playing grassroots football as affordable as possible.

See our League Fees page for more information.

Referee Fees #

The Referee Fees are:

  • U7s-U9s: £15
  • U13s-U16s: £17

The referee fees also include a complimentary Referee’s Player of the Match medal for each team.

New Committee and Initiatives for the 2024/25 Season #

As posted by our new Chairman recently, here are some of the new initiatives that we intend to implement for the 2024/25 season:

Pitch maintenance: Pitches will undergo repair and verti-draining during the summer, a task not undertaken for five years.

Professional upkeep: External contractors will be responsible for weekly cutting and maintenance of pitches throughout the season to ensure optimal playing conditions.

Venue optimisation: Mini football for U7s and U8s will remain at Elm Tree Primary School, allowing us to fully utilise Liverpool Road for 7-a-side, 9-a-side, and 11-a-side pitches.

Simplified payments: League and referee fees will be consolidated and collected monthly via GoCardless Payments.

Facility upgrade: Our clubhouse will undergo thorough cleaning and updating.

Age group focus: We will cater to the following age groups: U7s, U8s, U9s, U13s, U14s, U15s, and U16s. This approach enables us to concentrate on the existing teams in the league, with plans to introduce U10s, U11s, and U12s in the subsequent season.

Playing season
#

  • We are currently working towards the 2024/25 season starting on Sunday 8th September 2024.
  • The season runs from September to May.
  • We have planned breaks over Christmas and Easter.
  • We don't normally have mid-week games when it's light nights, or have breaks at half terms, but if this changes, we will let teams know in advance.

Kick-Off Times
#

The kick-off time slots for the 2024/25 season will be staggered between 9am and 1:15pm. Further details about the exact kick-off times for each group will be posted before the season starts.

Number of Teams #

  • We are planning to have around 8-12 teams in each division.
  • Depending on team numbers and strengths, we may split the divisions into a Championship and Premiership in order to ensure that teams are playing teams at a similar level to themselves.

Respect #

We have a great environment for children to play and enjoy their football in, but there is always room for improvement. For the 2024/25 season, we will be reiterating and promoting the FA's Respect Code of Conduct, and the FA's We Only Do Positive campaign.
