New Team Sheet Submission Procedure

Team sheets should be emailed to from now on, and not handed into the Clubhouse.

The reason for implementing this new procedure is that lots of teams were disputing that they hadn't handed in their team sheets. The league has listened to the feedback and this new procedure will give everyone an email trail to follow should any disputes arise.
