Fixture Requests

Teams must use this form to send in Fixture Time Requests or Cancellation Notices and for the 2021/22 season. Requests sent in by any other method (email, text, telephone, social media, in person, etc) may be ignored or forgotten.

⚠️ Fixture Time Requests must be sent in before the fixtures are published on the website and a good reason must be given as we need to prioritise any requests we receive. We can't promise to cater to every request we receive.

⚠️ If you can't field a team on a certain day, submit a Cancellation Notice (which forfeits the game and may be subject to a late cancellation fee depending on how much notice has been given).

1. Fixture Request Details

Tell us about what you are requesting or notifying us about.

**Fixture Time Requests** must be sent in before fixtures are published and a good reason must be given in order to be considered. If your team can't play, submit a **Cancellation Notice** instead.

Let us know the fixture date you are making the request for. ONE request per fixture date please, or requests will get lost. If you are sending in a request or notice to cover the entire season for something general, please select the 'All Season' option.

Tell us the details about this request. We need to know WHAT you are requesting and WHY you are requesting it. We can’t cater for every request as it becomes a logistical nightmare with so many teams to keep happy, so requests will be prioritised at the fixture secretary’s discretion.
