Teams must use this form to send in Fixture Time Requests or Cancellation Notices and for the 2021/22 season. Requests sent in by any other method (email, text, telephone, social media, in person, etc) may be ignored or forgotten.
⚠️ Fixture Time Requests must be sent in before the fixtures are published on the website and a good reason must be given as we need to prioritise any requests we receive. We can't promise to cater to every request we receive.
⚠️ If you can't field a team on a certain day, submit a Cancellation Notice (which forfeits the game and may be subject to a late cancellation fee depending on how much notice has been given).
